Position: Student Opportunities - Middleton
ETC has started the search for students (16 years of age or older) to work in Manufacturing at ETC during the 2026 summer break!. Positions are available in a variety of manufacturing departments, all which offer a clean, safe, climate controlled work environment.

Assembly roles involve following procedures and instructions to build product to quality and print specifications while maintaining productivity levels. Candidates should have good manual dexterity, the ability to operate hand and small power tools, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. No prior assembly experience is necessary - we will teach you!

Positions are available in both our Middleton and Mazomanie locations. Please apply for the location you are most interested in. If you have a particular department of interest, please include in the notes field within the application. We will do our best to take this into consideration.

Work hours vary based on department, but most are daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with a starting hourly rate of $16 per hour.
