This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Mechanic located in Middleton, MA. The Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for conducting vehicle maintenance, inspecting and diagnosing mechanical issues, performing automotive repairs, and ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards. The role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction by explaining repairs and maintenance services in an approachable and understandable manner.

• Experience in Vehicle Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and general Automotive knowledge
• Proficiency in Automotive Repair and diagnosing mechanical and technical issues
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dedication to following safety protocols and delivering reliable results
• Additional certifications, such as ASE certification, are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
