Product Trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Trainer to educate internal teams, customers, and partners on our products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of our product features, benefits, and use cases. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance product understanding, promote adoption, and improve overall user experience.

• Develop and deliver training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) for employees, customers, and partners.
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning content.
• Stay up to date with product updates and communicate changes effectively through updated training content.
• Work closely with product managers, sales, and customer success teams to understand training needs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Onboard new employees by providing product knowledge and functional training.
• Maintain a repository of training resources and ensure accessibility for stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a trainer, instructional designer, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle, software tools, or technical products (industry-specific knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
