About You

* You've got a machining-biased apprenticeship, up to HNC/HND level in Mechanical/Production Engineering (With at least 5+ years of experience)

* Knowledge of 4 & 5 axis machining and CNC lathes

* You can easily read and interpret engineering drawings

* You're a solid project manager

* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple departments

* Commutable to Middleton each day

About the role

* As the Production Engineer, you'll provide support to all areas of the production team

* Your knowledge and expertise will optimise and improve process capability and yield

* You’ll create routings, BOMs, costings and process specifications

* You'll provide technical expertise in tooling, fixtures and programming

* For this role, you’ll need to be conversant with Solidworks, CAD, CAM and SAP
