In this role, you will support learners through their HGV qualifications, delivering both practical instruction and theory-based guidance. You will work closely with individuals and small groups, helping them build confidence, competence, and real-world understanding of the industry.

No prior teaching or assessing experience is required. Full training and support will be provided to help you gain the relevant qualifications and transition successfully into the role.

Industry experience within HGV, Commercial Vehicle, REME or similar

Strong communication skills and a willingness to support learners

Desire to move into a training or assessing career
