The Role

The Gym Director is a full-time leadership position responsible for the overall success of the gym. This is a hands-on role that includes teaching classes, leading a team, engaging with parents, and driving membership growth and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach classes regularly and model high-quality instruction
  • Lead, train, and support a high-performing team
  • Drive enrollments, retention, and outstanding customer experiences
  • Communicate confidently with parents and guide families through enrollment
  • Support local marketing efforts, events, and community partnerships
  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and facility standards
Qualifications
  • Comfortable teaching children in a group setting
  • Strong communication skills with both kids and parents
  • Leadership or management experience in a people-focused role
  • Sales confidence and customer-first mindset
  • Organized, positive, and energetic
  • Experience in child development, education, or gymnastics is a plus. Training provided.
  • Availability to work a Sunday-Thursday work week and some evenings (ending by 7:00 PM).
