This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make a real impact. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain and its strategy to ensure efficiency, cost control, and continuity of supply.

• Source new products and manage procurement of existing product ranges
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to deliver solutions and identify competitive advantages, enabling sales growth
• Manage and support Purchasing team
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize team/supplier performance
• Lead and manage tender responses and customer enquiries
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure resilience
• Develop and implement resourcing plans, maintain list of potential suppliers
• Drive efficiency, continuous improvement, cost control, and business continuity
• Develop supplier and category strategies to support sales growth

• Knowledge of EPR and its commercial implications
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central
• Power BI proficiency
• Background in food packaging
• Experience sourcing from the Far East and or Europe
• Delivering printed packaging solutions
