Overview
Our client, a leading utilities company, seeks a Compensation Manager to join its team in East Brunswick, NJ. The role partners with HR leadership, division heads, and senior business stakeholders to lead compensation strategy, workforce analytics, and HR systems optimization. The ideal candidate will support data-driven decision-making during growth and investment.
Responsibilities- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategy and governance.
- Lead workforce analytics, model compensation scenarios, and provide insights to inform decisions.
- Drive HR systems optimization related to compensation planning and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure compensation programs align with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, workforce analytics, total rewards, or HR systems-enabled roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation design, governance, analytics, and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (ADP preferred) and compensation planning tools.
The pay for this role is $130,000-$165,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Beacon Hill offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable regulations.
