Project Manager, Aerospace ​/ Aviation ​/ Avionics, Operations Manager

Are you ready to take ownership of complex engineering projects from concept to delivery? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge aerospace solutions.

In this role, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with common goals while engaging with customers and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.

• Managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Preparing proposals, including labour hours, hardware requirements, and cost data.
• Assisting in contract negotiations and provide accurate cost estimates.
• Overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and planning, liaising with cross‑functional teams.
• Driving engineering planning based on client requirements and resource availability.
• Coordinating meetings and reviews at on‑site and off‑site locations.
• Maintaining customer interface throughout data transfer in line with export procedures.
• Identifying risks, implement mitigation plans, and minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Traveling within the UK and internationally as required (on an ad hoc basis).

With proven organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to lead projects effectively, you will have:

• A Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Chemical).
• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a relevant industry (Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering or Manufacturing)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
