Exploitation Team

Location: Middlesbrough

Rate: £35.49 per hour

This is a vital role focused on safeguarding vulnerable individuals from exploitation, offering an excellent pay rate for the right candidate.

• Case Management: Undertake direct work and provide effective case management for complex cases involving child sexual exploitation (CSE) and child criminal exploitation (CCE).

• Assessment: Complete comprehensive and timely specialist assessments of risk and need, ensuring person-centred plans are developed.

• Intervention: Plan and deliver evidence-based interventions to safeguard children and young people at risk of exploitation.

• Partnership Working: Work closely and collaboratively with police, schools, health services, and other external agencies to disrupt exploitation networks and provide holistic support.

• Court Duties: Prepare reports and attend court as necessary, providing professional evidence and recommendations.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:

• You must be a qualified Social Worker.

• Current and valid registration with Social Work England is essential.

• Hold an updated DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service check).
