As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced

Sales / Business Development Managerto help drive new business growth and develop key client accounts.

The Role

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and closing deals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities (B2B / commercial clients)
  • Developing relationships with property managers, facilities teams, retailers, and multi-site operators
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to handover
  • Working closely with operations to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and deliverable
  • Supporting tender submissions and framework opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting information
  • Representing Wentworth professionally at meetings, networking events, and client visits

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in the fire and security industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to spot growth opportunities
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a growing team
  • Full UK driving licence
