Reach Stacker Operator

Wolviston Management Services are proud to be supporting a well-established client in the recruitment of an experienced Reach Stacker Operator to join their busy operation.

The Role
You will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of a high-volume container terminal, working within a regulated environment handling bulk chemicals in isotanks.

Key Responsibilities
 
Safely operate a reach stacker/container lifter to move, stack and position containers and isotanks.
Work in full compliance with emergency procedures and site-specific safety requirements.
Complete daily equipment and safety checks using company systems and digital applications.
Participate in safety walk-rounds and audits.
Accurately complete all associated paperwork, including templates and interchange documentation.
Adhere strictly to terminal safety procedures, traffic management rules, and operating processes.
Carry out safe liner removal and fitting in bulk containers in preparation for customer use.
Remove garment rails and other container fittings to return units to general-purpose specification.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the terminal.
Report all faults, damage, incidents and near misses promptly to supervision.  About You
 
Hold a valid Reach Stacker licence or have demonstrable operating experience.
Strong awareness of health, safety and environmental procedures.
Confident completing basic documentation and using digital systems.
Reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working as part of a team.
