Branch Lead

Branch Lead The Branch Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operation and development of the on-site engineering stores at a customer location. The role focuses on inventory control, operational efficiency, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Lead daily site stores operations, ensuring high housekeeping and 5S standards. Maintain stock accuracy through regular monitoring, reporting, and replenishment. Optimise inventory, drive product rationalisation, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage stock reviews, PI counts, and consignment inventory. Ensure timely fulfilment of spare parts to support operational efficiency. Act as the main point of contact for site stakeholders and internal support teams.

Participate in site meetings and contribute to performance improvements aligned to KPIs. Support obsolescence planning and continuous operational improvement. Key Skills & Experience Experience in stores, inventory, supply chain, or site operations (engineering/manufacturing preferred). Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of stock control, procurement, and supplier management. Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
