Duty Solicitor; Criminal

Position: Duty Solicitor (Criminal)
Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Criminal Duty Solicitor to join our dynamic team. Your Role:
* Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients at police stations and Magistrates' Courts.
* Manage a varied caseload of criminal matters, encompassing private and publicly funded cases.
* Maintain accurate case files and records, ensuring a high standard of client care.
* Participate in the duty solicitor rota and provide on call work as required on a rota basis.

Experience:

* Qualified solicitor with police station accreditation and proven experience as a duty solicitor.

* Skills:

* Excellent advocacy, strong communication, and the ability to manage a demanding workload. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year Expected hours: 37.5 per week (additional out of hours on a rota basis) Benefits:
