Location: Labman HQ, Stokesley, North Yorkshire

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 + excellent benefits

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to ensure a steady flow of exceptional candidates into our hiring processwhilst alsostrengtheningour employer brand. Ifyou’repassionate about sourcing top talent, engaging candidates, and shaping recruitment strategies, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Sourcing

• Manage job postings across platforms including Linked In, Indeed, and specialist sites.
• Proactively source candidates using Boolean search, Linked In Recruiter, and other channels.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pools for repeat or hard-to-fill roles.
• Qualify CVs and profiles, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews.
• Ensure ATS data is accurate and up to date.
• Hand shortlisted candidates into the formal hiring process managed by the Recruitment Manager.
• Work to defined assessment frameworks and quality standards.

Employer Branding

• Create and share content that showcases Labman’s work, culture, and opportunities.
• Improve inbound attraction through digital campaigns and storytelling.
• Attend external networking events to promote our Brand and to create links with potential candidates

Insight & Reporting

• Provide market intelligence on salary trends, talent availability, and competitor activity.
• Monitor recruitment platforms and recommend improvements.
• Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline health.

What You Will Need

• Proven experience in proactive sourcing (internal or agency).
• Advanced Linked In and Boolean search skills.
• Ability to engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Experience in employer branding or attraction campaigns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with recruitment technology and data-driven reporting.
