About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care for a 4-week contract assignment. This role requires a compassionate and skilled RN who is confident in delivering high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include:

Assessing and evaluating residents’ health status and developing individualized care plans

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in patient condition

Providing education and emotional support to residents and their families

Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

Responding effectively to emergencies and urgent situations

Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system

Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

Advocating for residents’ rights and quality of care

Requirements

Active RN license

Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care experience

Prior travel nursing experience required

EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years (required)

AHA BLS certification (required)

Dementia care certification preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Must meet all compliance, onboarding, and credentialing requirements
