Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Room RN for a rotating evening/night shift assignment requiring VT or compact licensure and emergency care skills.
Responsibilities- Work in the Emergency Room of an acute care facility
- Care for a diverse emergency patient population with varying acuity levels
- 12-hour rotating shifts covering evenings and nights
- 16-week assignment duration
- Must have reliable transportation, as public transit access is not available
- Required to respond to all communication regarding the position promptly
- Religious or medical exemption documentation for immunization requests must be provided if applicable
- Active RN license in VT or compact state required, or proof of pending VT/NY licensure for consideration
- Emergency Room nursing experience required
- Ability to work rotating evening and night shifts
- Two professional references from a Nurse Manager or Supervisor, with at least one from the previous six months
