We are seeking a Production Operator for our weekend shift at our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Middlebury, VT. The Production Operator is responsible for producing the company’s products within prescribed specifications and operating machines efficiently. Daily responsibilities include setting up and operating production machines each day according to established procedures, minimizing waste, inspecting equipment and product, maintaining an adequate supply of operating materials, and keeping tools and equipment clean, orderly, and safe.
Schedule3rd Shift Schedule – Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 am to 6:30 pm – Work 36 hours, get paid 40! Shift differential applies for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent plus experience in manufacturing or production
- Strong communication, reading and technical skills; mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis required
- Forklift experience is a plus
