Role Description

This is a full-time, remote or hybrid Project Manager role at Recycle Away. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to project coordination, manage project timelines, work with in-house and outside resources, and ensure efficient delivery of solutions across marketing and sales. The role requires strong organization, ability to work with resources across all functions (technical, marketing, systems, sales, customer), attention to detail, a keen ability to manage resources, and a commitment to implementation and follow through.

Become a key member of the team not only to bring projects to the finish line, but to own the roll-out and continued refinement of those initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Project Management, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Experience working with designers, technical resources and functional experts to ensure the project is executed effectively across all functions.
  • Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure timely delivery
  • Proficiency in Excel, project planning tools,
  • Understanding of social/digital marketing, Salesforce or similar CRM, B2B business model, email campaigns, sales function
  • Ability in Inspection to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with team members and customers
