3-Year Visiting Assistant Professor, Geography
The Department of Geography invites applicants for a 3‑year visiting assistant professorship beginning in the Fall of 2026. The successful candidate will teach introductory and advanced courses in Cartography and Geovisualization, as well as elective courses in their areas of expertise. Candidates will also have the opportunity to teach an upper‑level senior seminar at least once during the three‑year term.
Applicants are expected to have their Ph.D. in Geography by June 30, 2026.
Position type: full time, salary eligible, with a hiring range of $88,963 – $100,129 per year.
