Assistant Store Manager

When you join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll take on key store management responsibilities including assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

• Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour
• Wage Increase: Year 2 - $26.50 per hour

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to stock, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
• Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk.

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Provide excellent customer service and develop rapport with team.
• Interpret and apply policies, set goals, and evaluate performance.
• Understand budgeting and expense management.
• Operate cash registers and equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Stay organized and detail-oriented.
• Meet state and local alcohol handling requirements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years retail experience, management preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience accepted.
