Overview
We're hiring dedicated, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for permanent, ongoing positions – not PRN or occasional work. This role provides steady, meaningful engagement with pediatric clients and includes specialized care such as Infant Pediatric Care, Seizure Monitoring, Total Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting), Medication Administration, and Mobility Assistance with Transfers. Our 24/7 support model ensures you are never alone in the field and are backed by a responsive, reliable office team.
ScheduleThe schedule for this position is Saturdays and Sundays from 6:15 AM to 4:15 PM. We are seeking candidates who are flexible and able to work any day during weekends.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality Infant Pediatric Care, supporting growth, health, and daily routines.
- Monitor and manage Seizure Activity, intervening safely and documenting appropriately.
- Assist with Total ADLs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Administer Medications as prescribed, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Provide Mobility Assistance and Transfers, including safe handling and use of equipment.
- Observe and report changes in the client's health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure safety, comfort, and well-being of the client.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Adhere to the weekend schedule and ideally work a 10-hour shift on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Perform all skill, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act - Ohio Revised Code (ORC).
- Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgement and critical thinking.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes.
- Document observed changes in patient’s condition and communicate to the Director of Nursing.
- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Adhere to HIPAA laws and ensure confidentiality and security of the client's medical information.
- Unencumbered LPN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum three (1) year of documented clinical experience; private duty, home care assistance and/or direct care in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
- Certified CPR/BLS and negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
- Licensed driver with reliable, insured automobile (proof of insurance required).
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
