Med-Surg RN – Straight Nights

• 3 x 12.5-hour shifts
• Straight Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holidays
• On-call per unit needs
  • Must arrive within 1 hour if called in

• Minimum 2 years Med-Surg experience
• Minimum 1 year travel experience
• High acuity unit
• Mentor/charge experience required

• Unencumbered OH RN License
• BLS (American Heart Association)

• 90% Med-Surg patients
• Low volume oncology patients
• Oncology patients cared for by core staff (not travelers)

• Strong clinical knowledge in assessment, medication administration, wound care
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients in fast-paced setting
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
