Hand Press Operator, 1st shift SIGN-ON BONUS
We offer competitive wages and have a sign-on bonus available. This role will provide full training. Successful candidates will be looking for a hands-on role, have strong math skills, and are mechanically inclined.
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)
Salary/hourly rate: $15.80 - $22.80
Hours: 1st shift:
Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)

Responsibilities- Once trained you will set up and operate a wide variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.
- Accurately following and interpreting instructions, procedures and drawings.
- Setting-up, operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of the company's product in order to carry out manufacturing processes.
- Verifying quality of product at the required intervals and verify accuracy of all work.
- May be responsible for in-process inspections.
- Checking and inspecting operation results against predetermined tolerances.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted.
- Math skills – ability to complete basic calculations e.g. converting fractions to decimals.
- Knowledge of measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc. required.
- Experience in manufacturing setting is strongly desired.
