Location: Middleboro, MA

• Operate material handling equipment as needed to perform duties, including forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, stock chaser (cart), pallet jack, scanners, tablets, and the Company WMS.
• Perform and complete daily safety inspection checklists for all equipment.
• Maintain productivity minimums (CPH) and work with a sense of urgency.
• Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas for stocking or shipment.
• Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software (WMS).
• Maintain a professional, focused attitude while working.
• Safely operate all warehouse equipment and follow directions of leadership.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance activities as required; maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Be willing to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma
• Must be in good standing with the company
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels in English
• Ability to use electronic devices
• Ability to count and perform basic arithmetic
• Ability to follow detailed instructions; detail oriented
• Ability to work independently without close supervision
• Ability to prioritize assignments to meet cutoff times
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to learn or be trained on using power equipment (order picker, reach truck, stock chaser, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
• Willing to perform other duties as required
• Able to work overtime if required

Protective equipment:
Must wear proper safety gear (safety toe shoes, bump caps, and safety vest). PPE is provided by the company with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment.

Stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand‑eye coordination, near vision, far vision, and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.

• The job is performed entirely in a warehouse; conditions can range from warm to cool.
• There is moderate noise from warehouse machines and equipment.
