** Job Summary
** Summary  Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, in a facility.
No    Essential Functions  
-Install, repair, and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in the facility.
-Perform routine maintenance on utility systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
-Troubleshoot and repair utility systems and equipment as needed.  
-Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed for repairs and upgrades to utility systems.
-Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on utility systems.
-Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.
-Monitor utility systems performance and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
** Qualifications
