Pay Range: $38-$39.50 (plus, shift differentials when applicable)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

The Nurse Manager is a key leader within the multidisciplinary team, overseeing the healthcare needs of individuals in a community setting for two BAMSI programs.
Clinical Care & Treatment- Assess health needs, develop care plans, and administer medications/treatments per regulations (DPH, CARF).
- Provide direct support, including ADLs, mobility assistance, and community integration.
- Liaise with physicians, specialists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
- Coordinate hospital admissions, discharges, and follow-up care.
- Maintain medication logs, infection control, and safety protocols.
- Ensure program adherence to funder, state, and accreditation standards.
- Deliver timely health updates to families, guardians, and funders.
- Document and report care outcomes accurately.
- Train and mentor staff on medical protocols and person-centered practices.
- Foster a supportive environment using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS).
- Participate in on-call rotation (24/7) and provide holiday/weekend coverage as needed.
- Assist with day/residential program coverage during staffing gaps.
- Required:
Active LPN license in MA, driver’s license, and reliable car. - Preferred:
Active RN license in MA, driver's license, and reliable car. - Experience:
Supporting mental health needs (personal or professional). - Skills:
Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork. - Language:
Must be fluent in English, Multilingual abonus!
