Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford is looking for an experienced, customerâ€'focused Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our busy Parts Department. Key Responsibilities – Parts Counter Person:

• Assist retail customers, wholesale accounts, and internal technicians with accurate parts lookup and ordering
• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email
• Maintain upâ€'toâ€'date knowledge of Ford OEM parts, accessories, and catalog systems
• Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and special requests efficiently
• Ensure parts are pulled, staged, and delivered accurately and on time
• Maintain inventory integrity through proper stocking, labeling, and organization
• Support the Parts Manager with daily operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Dealership and CDK experience required
• Ford parts experience preferred
• Must work well with technicians and advisors in a fast-paced, high-volume multi-shop environment
• Strong knowledge of OEM parts catalog systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a highâ€'volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and teamâ€'oriented
