$17/hour + $2 shift premium after 5pm

Tues-Thu; 3pm to completion

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high‑energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. • Up to $17.00/hour starting pay
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team!
• Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment

• Product Handling:
  Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing:
  Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading:
  Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation:
  Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step

• Clean & Safe Workplace:
  Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility:
  Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• 18 years of age or older
• Can lift products up to 75 lbs. consistently
• Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
• Able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
• Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Willingness to work in a non climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary)
• Forklift operator experience (preferred, but not required)
