Utility Supply & Construction Company is seeking to hire a Fleet Administrator to join our growing team!

- Effective in the planning, prioritization, and timely execution of work.
- Demonstrates proficiency in fleet software systems.
- Manage fuel logs and transactions, job-costing activities, tax credits, IFTA, state fuel taxes and reporting.
- Execute day-to-day activities of fuel card program, and fuel systems, which includes timely issuance and inactivation of cards, record keeping, invoicing, suspicious activities, timely activation and inactivation of drivers, reporting, regular auditing, profile adjustments and customer service.
- Maintain bulk fuel sites, inventory, problem resolution, driver needs, and safety standards and regulations.
- Ensure invoice workflow functions of fleet equipment rentals and leases are tracked and are completed accurately and on time.
- Responsible for invoice approvals to accurately capture equipment costs, and job costs.
- Responsible for maintaining vehicle toll passes, records, invoicing, and costing.
- Ensure your availability to respond to Storm or Emergency work that may occur from time to time for support of company needs.
- Effectively work in a team environment, with internal operating groups and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented, and considerable experience with Microsoft Excel is critical to this role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors.
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in fleet compliance, construction environment or a related role.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, decision making, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, email, and telephone skills.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
