Shuttle Driver

Overview

As a Shuttle Driver you are responsible for responding to guest requests for on‑property shuttle service in a prompt and courteous manner.

• Respond to guests’ requests for on‑property shuttle service.
• Operate vehicle in accordance with state laws and company policy.
• Oversee shuttle bus cleanliness and report mechanical issues to the supervisor or vehicle maintenance manager.
• Offer guests daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property in a courteous manner.
• Provide superior customer service to guests at all times.
• Answer questions and provide directions.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interested in a guest‑service oriented position, having excellent communication skills and able to interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license; CDL license preferred but not required.
