Join our dynamic team at Heritage and Company as a CDL A Driver! We are looking for skilled and responsible drivers to support our landscape maintenance and construction operations. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in transporting equipment, materials, and team members to and from job sites while ensuring safety and efficiency in every journey.

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with all traffic laws and company regulations
• Transport landscape materials, equipment, and personnel to project sites as needed
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment as required
• Communicate effectively with the operations team to coordinate daily tasks and schedules
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to promote a safe working environment
• Run a plow truck or machine in wintertime

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Knowledge of landscape materials and equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility in work hours and availability for overtime as required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to run a dump and haul equipment
• Doubles endorsement would be great but not required
