This is a seasonal position responsible for transporting agricultural products, including grain, beans, plant nutrient products, crop protection products, and seed, to company-owned facilities and members of the agricultural community.

Duties
  • Transport agricultural goods to and from company facilities and farms, including grain, beans, fertilizer, crop protection chemicals, and seed.
  • Safely operate trucks, loaders, forklifts, and related equipment used in handling, mixing, pumping, blending, or production.
  • Load, unload, handle, and package agricultural products according to safety protocols.
  • Maintain and clean plant equipment and related infrastructure.
  • Conduct general facility and equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Supervise seasonal employees assigned to the department, including training and daily task oversight.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work all shifts and weekends when required.
  • Maintain a current DOT physical card.
  • Delivery experience preferred but not required.
Physical Demands

Physically able to perform all requirements including but not limited to:

  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees must be physically able to perform all milling requirements including but not limited to:
  • Physically able to perform all duties / lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
  • Ability to maintain pertinent logbooks, inspection sheets, fuel records and transportation documents.
  • Ability to walk stairs and climb up and down bulk trailers.

  • Moving mechanical parts
  • Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibrations
