We are currently seeking two (2) experienced Gravel Train Drivers to join our Reese, Michigan team. This is a local position with a home-daily schedule, ideal for drivers seeking stability, consistency, and a strong company culture.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate gravel train equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip inspections
• Secure and inspect loads for proper distribution and containment
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation per state and federal regulations
• Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or maintenance needs
• Couple/uncouple trailers and connect/disconnect air and electrical lines
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and fellow drivers
• Verify route instructions and ensure delivery accuracy
• Visit weigh stations before/after loading as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months gravel train driving experience
• Valid CDL-A
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to loading, inspections, and trailer connections

Requirements

• Acceptable driving record
• Valid Med card
• CDLA
• T endorsement
• At least one year of verifiable CDLA truck driving experience
• At least 6 months of gravel train experience

Preferred Requirements

• At least 6 months of dump experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
