We’re looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. Rapid growth offers opportunities to move into management, franchise ownership, or corporate roles.

Job Requirements and Duties

You must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, and have access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Navigation skills are required to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

General

Job Duties For All Store Team Members
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication Skills
  • Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
  • Navigate maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
  • Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other sites while carrying product.
Work Conditions EXPOSURE TO
  • Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
  • In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
  • Sudden changes in temperature inside and outside.
  • Fumes from food odors.
  • Exposure to cornmeal dust.
  • Cramped quarters including the walk‑in cooler.
  • Hot surfaces/tools from the oven up to 500°F or higher.
  • Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
  • Delivering product, driving, and couponing under varying weather conditions.
SENSING
  • Talking and hearing on the telephone.
  • Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
  • Depth perception.
  • Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Far vision and night vision for driving.
TEMPERAMENTS

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgements and decisions.

Physical Requirements
  • Standing – Most tasks are from a standing position on tile or linoleum surfaces.
  • Walking – Short distances for short durations; delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle, and customer.
  • Sitting – Paperwork is normally completed at a desk or table.
  • Lifting – Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, dimensions up to 3"×1.5". Cases are lifted from floor and stacked up to 72".
  • Carrying – Large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb each) carried during delivery.
  • Pushing – Move trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lb.
  • Climbing – Navigate stairs or ladders; may require >5 flights of stairs during delivery.
  • Stooping/Bending – Forward bending at the pizza assembly station, repeated throughout the day.
  • Crouching/Squatting – Occasionally, for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
  • Reaching – Continuous reaching up, down, forward; occasionally above 72".
