School Bus Driver - No Exp. Needed - Training Provided

Join First Student as a Part‑Time School Bus Driver for the Airport Community Schools in Carleton, MI.

As a First Student part‑time driver, you will play a vital role in your community. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before‑school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring them safely home. No experience as a bus driver is required; we provide training with industry‑leading technology.

• A split shift, which means an early morning before‑school pickup and an after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
• Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available.

• $22.00 per hour starting wage.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus for new drivers*
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers*
• Paid CDL training – no experience necessary!

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). test and physical examination.
• DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
