Agro Liquid – Logistics Coordinator

Agro Liquid is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Transportation team at this site and help drive the continued growth of our organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient delivery planning, driver support, regulatory compliance, and overall logistical execution at our site.

• Delivery planning and coordination of the scheduling of Customer Loads
• Strategic analysis for equipment, capacity, demand curves and staff
• Drive & manage broker/for hire work
• Manage calculation and reporting of Driver Pay
• Maintains/Oversees Driver Trip Records
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and cost
• Creates BOL’s as needed
• Communicates regularly with Operations staff about upcoming loads
• Understands & facilitates Order Programs and monitors delivery deadlines of programs
• Responsible for keeping Load Status current and up-to-date at all times
• Schedules Inbound Deliveries as necessary
• Follow up on product shortage reports from drivers or customers
• Oversees the Tracking and Release of Railcars
• Updates Rail Shipment Files
• Maintains personnel Confidentiality Agreements
• Inputs New Orders for Area as needed
• Take part in hiring, annual reviews, & disciplinary action of direct reports
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Follow and supervise others in following all safety policies, procedures and protocols at all times
• Assist with special site related projects as directed
• Additional misc. duties as deemed necessary by management

• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent previous experience
• Minimum 4 years of previous experience in transportation/logistics
• General knowledge of office administration functions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Proficient computer skills (inc Microsoft office)
• Ability to stand; sit; lift; squat; stoop and/or move up to 25 pounds
