Assistant Golf Professional

Overview

Wuskowhan Players Club is hiring an Assistant Golf Professional to begin in the spring of 2026. This position will assist in overseeing all aspects of the golf operation, reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional. This is a seasonal position with the typical work week being 5-6 days. We are looking for an individual that possesses a strong work ethic with a great attention to detail.

Current PGA or LPGA member or actively pursuing membership.

Private club experience preferred.

The applicant should have a strong understanding of merchandising and inventory management, tournament management and Golf Genius skills.

Tournament coordination/management experience.

Experience with Golf Genius and Fore Tees.

The Assistant Golf Professional is expected to uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism expected at Wuskowhan Players Club.

Opening and closing procedures within the golf shop.

Event coordination (member events, leagues as well as outside events).

Assist with the daily merchandising operation responsibilities, including receiving, displaying, and monitoring inventory levels.

Assist in training and managing service staff, including the bag staff, range attendant, valet, locker room attendant, caddies, and pro shop assistants.

Assist with the scheduling of golf service staff.

Assist with the junior golf program and conduct individual/group lessons.
