JV Soccer Coach - Girls

JV SOCCER COACH - GIRLS ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to meet essential skills.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to athletes to enhance their skills and performance.
• Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events at home and at competing schools.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes during training sessions and events.
• Collaborate with other coaches to create a cohesive coaching environment.
• Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Other duties are requested by the athletic director.

• Previous experience in coaching or participating in athletic activities.
• Strong background in athletic development or related fields.
• Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve common goals.
• Ability to transport students in school vans to competitions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for long periods of time and must manually move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials. There is stooping, bending, and reaching.

Seasonal for the  school year.

SALARY: Based on years of experience
