This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecommunications Technician located in Waldron Michigan. The Telecommunications Technician will handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems and equipment, including telephony and cabling infrastructure. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine checks, and ensuring systems are running efficiently and effectively to meet service standards.

• Proficiency in Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications technology
• Experience in Telephony and related systems
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of Cabling practices and standards, with hands-on installation experience
• Attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or technical training in telecommunications or a related field is a plus
• Physical ability to work in various environments, including heights or confined spaces
• Focusing on Internet Protocol and Internet Service Platforms
