Window and Door Installer

Location: Davison

C&L Ward is a home remodeling provider, specializing in the installation of Andersen replacement windows & patio doors and Therma-Tru entry doors. Over the past 50+ years, we have grown to be the area's largest remodeling company serving thousands of SE Michigan homeowners each year.

Currently, we are seeking a technically skilled and hard-working Crew Leader and/or Apprentice for our Installation team. A typical day will consist of traveling from our Davison office to the client's home, with one or two apprentices. As a Crew Leader, you will also be responsible for communicating with the homeowner, daily field production, upholding installation standards & quality control of the installation.

Job Duties (to include, but not limited to):

• Proper Installation of window & doors

• Training & Managing an apprentice

• Maintaining Company Vehicle, Equipment & Tools

• Finish Carpentry (interior moldings)

• Aluminum Exterior Trim & Caulking

• Effectively Communicate with Homeowners

Requirements:

• Must have drivers license and CLEAN driving record

• Must pass background check

• Extensive knowledge of carpentry, installing window/doors

• Must be able to work alone without immediate supervision

• Good communication skills with customers are key to our business model

Experience:

Minimum 3-YEARS of carpentry type occupation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience
