This is a full-time, on-site role for a Skilled Carpenter located in Lake Leelanau, MI. The Skilled Carpenter will be responsible for performing a range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and using both hand tools and power tools. Responsibilities include constructing, repairing, and installing structures, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards, and collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential in this role.

• Strong carpentry skills, including experience in framing and finish carpentry
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety guidelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
• Previous experience in residential or commercial construction is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in carpentry is preferred
