Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with experience in the restoration industry who is looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands‑on experience in supervising all aspects of a mitigation project and can effectively manage a team of skilled workers.

• Support the Project Manger on all job site activities
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
• Work directly and lead team members to Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
• Supervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site
• Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
• Extract standing water if needed
• Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans
• Maintain job site safety
• Working in confined spaces including heights
• Utilization of power tools
• Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
• Utilize Company software to document loss sites along side of project manager
• Take photos at different stages of a project
• Properly use power tools

• Must have Valid Drivers' License
• Must pass background check
• Must have reliable transportation to office
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Use Email and other software
• Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
• Working in a team environment
• Working in tight or confined spaces
• On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call/ after-hours work)
