Job Time – Hourly Rate: $32 – $35. Driver’s license and a clean driving history required. We have a structured interview process and are looking to hire quickly. Compensation Details
We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates – Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
Hours
Flexible – No Set Hours. This role does not follow a traditional 9:00‑5:00 schedule. Instead, work hours are based on real‑time service needs. You may be scheduled at varying times throughout the week; start and end times can shift depending on service calls and needs; some days may be busier than others – flexibility is essential.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with a dynamic schedule and thrive in environments where no two days look the same.
Please note: This role involves exposure to biohazardous materials including blood, bodily fluids, and traumatic scene materials. Candidates should be comfortable working in environments that may be emotionally and physically challenging.
Field Supervisor
We are currently searching for a Field Supervisor who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. This role is key for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. Prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, or comparable industries is a plus but not required. Aftermath Services provides comprehensive training and certification in OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Actively assist the team in various bioremediation to provide clients an exceptional level of service.
- Supervise the successful completion of jobs you participate in. This role does not have direct reports but serves in a supervisory capacity for the project as a whole.
- Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
- Effectively communicate and sell a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client’s needs, and obtain sign‑off to initiate work.
- Lead on‑site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high‑quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
- On‑site supervision and participation in various biohazard remediation projects.
Experience and Skills / Working Conditions
- Must be able to respond to dispatch within one hour of receiving a call.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Occasional overnight travel with accommodations provided by the company.
- Capable of handling a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
- Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
- Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Must have completed Service Master Bio Clean ’s Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.
Preferred Qualifications
- IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
