Job Summary

As a Level One Technician in our Truck Service team, you will deliver accurate, efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy‑duty trucks and trailers. You will support our mission of returning every traveler to the road better than they came.

In this role, you can expect to:
  • Work in an environment that values teamwork and customer service.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of our products and services.
  • Diagnose wear conditions and recommend repairs to customers, in partnership with the Sales and Management teams.
  • Complete repairs within the scope of your capabilities and according to written guidelines.
  • Understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions caused by team members or customers.

  • A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Verifiable truck service experience preferred.
  • Heavy‑duty ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Typical Physical Demands
