• Lead Generation:
  Utilize email, texting, and cold calling to create a robust pipeline of new leads and potential clients.
• Client Engagement:
  Schedule and conduct engaging demos with potential clients to highlight our top-tier recruitment solutions.
• Follow-Up:
  Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
• Data Management:
  Keep precise records of client interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with our sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective lead generation strategies.

• Proven experience in lead generation, BDC (Business Development Center), or a related field.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• A passion for the automotive, RV, or powersports industry is a plus.
