Successful Openers focus on:- Prospecting for new accounts
- Presenting to decision-makers and getting the “yes”
- Conducting group meetings before enrollment sessions
- Providing enrollment solutions
- Account management
- Building relationships and partnering with other independent benefit counselors to complete enrollments
Skills:
- Insurance sales and Life & Accident/Health Insurance License
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
As a Sales Agent, you have the potential to earn commissions based on sales results, renewal income, and bonuses.
