• Proactively identify and generate new leads through creative outreach and networking efforts
• Contact potential clients to evaluate their insurance needs
• Present a comprehensive range of Farmers Insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business policies
• Build strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and follow-up
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies
• Remain updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulations
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activities using agency tools and resources
