CDJR Lake Orion is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Lake Orion, MI. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide the best vehicle solutions, ensuring a seamless and positive buying experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat and referral business.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicle inventory.
• Assist customers through the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Manage documentation and paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
