• Contact existing and potential clients to schedule appointments for insurance reviews, policy updates, and new applications
• Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and follow‑up calls
• Assist the sales team by ensuring their calendars are well‑organized and full
• Provide friendly and professional customer interactions

• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated
• Comfortable making outbound calls (training provided)
